Every man must be acquainted with the problem, conflict and the situation / incident unpleasant associated with self, others or the environment. This is a natural thing as a stage of life experience and development of oneself. Therefore, we all must have experienced or have moments where we feel ourselves down (sad, disappointed, discouraged, stressed, depressed, etc.) or just the opposite feeling scared, anxious, too excited, etc..
